Nova is the Chief of Staff and Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at KKBC. She oversees internal operations, supports executive coordination across departments, and manages key administrative and organizational functions. Nova began her career in global human resources management, building a strong foundation across diverse organizations in a range of HR roles. She started as a Human Resources Supervisor at a Korean company, adeptly managing multicultural teams, fostering collaboration, and developing talent to achieve both team and organizational objectives. Her rapid progression to roles with greater responsibility showcased her leadership and her ability to drive organizational success. A notable achievement in Nova’s career was leading a comprehensive restructuring initiative during her tenure as Human Resources Manager at the Technology University. This initiative, crucial during the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, streamlined the HR framework and delivered substantial cost savings. Her leadership in implementing innovative remote-work policies significantly enhanced employee engagement and productivity during difficult times. With more than a decade of industry experience, Nova has honed expertise in workforce management, employee relations, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, compliance, and best practices. These competencies position her to navigate complex challenges and advance organizational excellence, aligning closely with KKBC’s goals.
